With more than 70 centres and services, their portfolio includes 26 properties ranging from care homes/facilities to day centres, touching the lives of more than 10,000 people every week. It aims to be the care and community services provider of choice for older people in the Jewish community supporting family members every step of the way.

The differing needs of the properties means that Dalkia provides both planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure the comfort of the young, elderly, disabled and people with emotional disorders.

We are responsible for the maintenance of homes and day centres across London as well as on the south and east coasts, delivered by a dedicated mobile team. All our engineers on the Jewish Care contract have a strong understanding of the technical and statutory compliance needs in the healthcare sector.

Dalkia was able to demonstrate a high customer and employee retention record that gave Jewish Care the comfort and security they were looking for.
